1 Introduction

Welcome to betx1, a legally operated and licensed online entertainment platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and betx1 ("Platform", "We", "betx1").

• You have never had a betx1 account closed previously due to a Terms violation.

The registration process requires you to provide your full name, date of birth, active email address, phone number, and a valid payment method. 3 User Account

Once your account is activated, you are fully responsible for all activities carried out under that account. The following rules apply to betx1 account management:

• Two-factor authentication (2FA): We strongly encourage all members to enable 2FA for added account security.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at betx1 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform supports a variety of local payment methods including DuitNow QR, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and bank transfer. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set according to the chosen payment method and may vary from time to time.
• Deposited funds will be credited to your account instantly upon confirmation of payment.
• Betx1 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits must originate from a valid account in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (same-source policy).
• Full KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times range from one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the payment method and account verification level.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Betx1 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its members, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and exclusive VIP offers. All bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Wagering requirement: Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings earned using bonus funds can be converted to cash. The specific wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Validity period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus not used within the specified period will expire automatically.
• Wagering limits: While meeting bonus wagering requirements, a maximum bet limit applies per round or hand. Bets exceeding this limit will not count towards the wagering requirement.

11 Account Closure

A betx1 account may be closed under the following circumstances:

• Upon member request: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. All outstanding bonus requirements will be voided and any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of review.
• Self-exclusion: You may request a temporary self-exclusion (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 6 months) via your account settings or by contacting customer support.
• Permanent self-exclusion: If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you may apply for permanent self-exclusion. This request is final and cannot be reversed.
• Closure by betx1: betx1 reserves the right to close any account that violates these Terms. In cases of serious breach, the account balance may be fully forfeited.
